Sinterizzazione di qualsiasi tipo di motore o particolare di esso. Con qualche
centinaio di ore lavorative
si può passare dall' idea iniziale del motore alla
realizzazione del primo
prototipo. Questo
è possibile se si razionalizzano
tutte le varie fasi di lavorazione e realizzazione degli stampi, anime
e casse
d' anima che vengono realizzate nei sistemi Shell molding, Cold box e
Auto
indurente. Particolare
attenzione và fatta anche al
ramolaggio in fonderia in modo da garantire la perfetta corrispondenza
del
progetto alla realizzazione finale. |
Thanks
computers and CNC machining equipped with the latest generation of
technology
and software, it is possible to achieve rapid prototyping in
Stereo-lithographic or Sintering of any type of engine or its
particular. With
few hundreds of working hours, it is possible proceed from initial idea
to the
realization of the first prototype engine. This
is possible if we streamline all the various stages of processing and
production of molds, souls and crates of soul that are implemented in
Shell
molding systems, Cold box and Auto hardener. Particular
attention goes also made to ramolaggio in foundry in order to ensure a
perfect
match of the project to final implementation. A
constant
search for new technologies, and especially materials, is crucial. |

DHP2 (Diesel High Performance 2-Stroke
cycle)
project
The present summery describes the project and
the development
of a new high performance diesel engine
two stroke, called DHP2, projected with innovative new
concept, It analyzes
the information obtained by calculation and from real experiences,
about its feasibility
and convenience of the proposed concept in terms of performance,
conversion efficiency
and pollutant emission. All according to the essential industrial and
commercial requirements about costs and dimension requirements.
This new engine concept works with a common rail injection system of last generation, a scavenging design that does not require the presence of poppet valves, a compact combustion chamber obtained on the head, a flat and light piston, an exterior system consisting in a low pressure volumetric turbocharger compressor and a variable geometry turbocharger, and finally, a traditional lubrication system. The EGR is not required thanks to the effect of "internal circulation" that occurs in a natural way during the whole complex process of scavenging. The development of this prototype, with particular attention to the combustion system, is based on a series of CFD simulations and on real experiences coming from the production of two-stroke racing engines. All main results are described in detail and they are written on DHP2 project document. The results of CFD-3D provides some useful information, as the heat release law, to be used as input for the 1D simulation, which is the basis for defining the main operating parameters and geometry, and support the choice of two turbocharger systems. Such simulations can also obtain valuable information about the diesel quality of the combustion system with particular reference to the efficiency of conversion and the formation of the main pollutant emissions. The definition and analysis of the diesel combustion system and scavenging system were the aspects most investigated by the writer in this elaborate, in order to have the maximum engine efficency from the combustion. The study compares the DHP2 prototype two-stroke with a small four-stroke current traditional diesel multi jet engine Euro IV, both at partial and full load, by numerical simulations. The results of these DHP2 diesel two-stroke
engine simulations
shows it is capable of providing a specific power substantially (from
95 up to
110 HP / liter against 75 HP / liter of an current diesel multi jet
diesel engine)
with further gains in consumption and emissions, especially at partial
load.
This is the main point, giving the possibility of achieving such result with an two stroke diesel engine characterized by a high compactness and a simple construction that means low cost in terms of production. As mentioned, the most encouraging results were obtained at partial load, operating condition at which the engine DHP2 has indicated the possibility of working with air / fuel ratio higher than the four-stroke engine of reference. The high amount of residual gas is also present inside the cylinder, without the aid of an EGR valve, showed a significant reduction of polluting exhaust emissions, particularly emissions of NOx and particulate (DEP). The analysis of a not existing prototype represented an obstacle overcome by numerical validation - experimental tools used during the entire development. Information obtained through numeric dedicated software calculation had no sense unless previous running prototype real validation. So at this phases you should take a good dose of skepticism about the absolute values of the analysis, particularly in terms of polluting emissions, but great confidence in the indications obtained, about the trends of the main aspects analyzed using relative comparisons between different configurations and different engines. Much work remains to be done to optimize the different components and major auxiliary systems of the DHP2 two stroke engine, especially in view of creating a prototype on which to perform experimental measurements and tests, and validate the numerical models used, confirming the potentiality of the DHP2 diesel high performance two stroke cycle diesel concept. STORIA DI UNA PASSIONE
Le passioni hanno radici profonde. Non so chi ha detto per primo questa frase, ma si adatta perfettamente alla mia storia. La passione nacque negli anni 80, quando dentro di me insieme al sangue incominciava a circolare anche un po di miscela al 2% e la voglia irrefrenabile di far superare i Pur riuscendoci, il motore non durò a lungo e fu allora che incominciò a balenarmi l' idea di costruire qualcosa di mio che potesse unire le prestazioni elevate con l'affidabilità. Ma i sogni si sa, non si realizzano se non vengono alimentati dalla passione e da tantissimo sacrificio. E' grazie a questi due elementi che mi hanno sempre seguito, negli anni passati ho avuto l'opportunità di utilizzare macchine atte ai miei fini a CNC sempre più precise in varie officine meccaniche e modellistiche e che mi hanno permesso, alcuni anni orsono, di iniziare e creare ex nuovo il mio progetto. Un motore TDI, economico, dai bassi consumi, leggero, da alte performance ed affidabilità, grazie soprattutto ai nuovi materiali oggi disponibili, per impiego su apparecchi ultraleggeri, ma non solo. Potrete quindi immaginare la mia gioia quando ho potuto finalmente sentire il sibilo del primo motore, interamente progettato e realizzato da me. Ogni accelerata equivaleva al crescendo d'archi di una grande orchestra e il suo sibilo proprio di un jet, non era rumore, ma musica. Ed è quella musica che mi piacerebbe far sentire a tutti gli appassionati. Il motore da allora è ulteriormente cresciuto in prestazioni e affidabilità, e prossimamente sarà finalmente pronto per soddisfare anche la vostre passioni.
